Sometimes inspiration comes from the simplest moments.
For me, Desert Rain brings to mind the quiet peace that follows the first rainfall in the desert. After days of heat and dry earth, a few drops of rain can completely change the landscape. It's a reminder that beauty and renewal often appear when we least expect them.
I chose vibrant turquoise to represent the life-giving water that transforms the desert. Sparkling crystal beads remind me of those first raindrops falling from the sky, while the warm copper-colored freshwater pearls reflect the calm that lingers after the rain. The necklace begins with rich blue apatite beads that gradually lead into the pearls, crystals, and turquoise centerpiece, creating a design that feels balanced and naturally flowing.
Every element was chosen with care and brought together by hand using genuine gemstones and thoughtfully selected materials. I enjoy creating jewelry that not only looks beautiful but also tells a story.
